Of Armenian-Bolivian descent, Diego Siñani developed an early interest in music and art, though it took time before he chose painting as his profession. In 2018, he was awarded a scholarship to study in Moscow, Russia, where he pursued a degree in Fine Arts (Изящное Искусство) at Kosygin State University. During his studies, he participated in several group exhibitions held at the university. In 2022, he began incorporating watercolor into his work, painting Russian urban landscapes.
